Neat map representation. Side note: Friends in Mexico are impressed with the medical care in parts of it (S. Baja), as pharmacists and some order of practitioner between pharmacists and M.D's take care of most common issues. I was also impressed even in back woods of Mexico (like Xilitia and Aquismon, SLP) that there were pharmacists and practitioners taking care of common maladies without actual M.D.'s. and community ambulance service to places with real M.D's and actual hospitals. What I saw of pharmacies were well stocked with both some herbal remedies, but also modern drugs, splints, suture kits..
My only point is, while the numbers are interesting, they tell only part of the whole health care story. But somehow, I'm sure where it shows 10k+ per doctor, it sucks to get sick or injured.
