Dan Savage's article this week on relationships, sex appeal, changing weight and honesty is worth a read, and if you find yourself skimming it's worth dropping down to the end of the supplemental column to see how it all turned out.

See, there's one of your basic gender differences right there. I'd say that solving everything leads to sex.

But this is messed up, 'cause I agree with *you* on this one, Dan!

i guess i am just lucky with the husband that i have! not only does he spoil me rotten but he thinks i still have the cuttest butt. we have both gained weight after getting married (2 years married and still going strong) because we both like to cook and go out to eat. his weight gain has stressed me more than my weight gain. since he has been doing some remodeling work for some friends, his weight is going down and the sex life is picking up! yay for me! my weight gain is going down (had to get tough with how i eat since the diabetes kicked in). but after reading all those responses, i am totally happy to be the spoiled rotten married person that i am and he loves me no matter what. what a neat guy and still a cutie to me!
