Whoah, now I'm totally not sure about the geography, and I'm convinced that the guy who posted the pictures isn't either: Some amazing pictures of the Ralah(?) (originally Ramallah) wall knocked down, and Gaza (Ramallah would imply West Bank) residents streaming over the border to Egypt. Ramallah is in the West Bank, Rafah is in the Gaza strip.
(Ramallah is 10km from where I sit right now.)

Okay, wait, now I'm really confused. Because Ramallah is, indeed, West Bank, but that's not anywhere near Egypt, and Ramallah doesn't look like it's anywhere near a border. The original poster probably meant Ralah, not Ramallah, because that fits the rest of the description better.
