HAPPY BIRTHDAY! you are still on the upside of getting older :{ aging is all in how you look at it. just say to yourself, "i'm a spring chicken, i'm a spring chicken, i'm a SPRING chicken" :> AND sometimes doing the unexpected helps too, like today, i chased my 4yo grandson across his dad's lap trying to get a kiss. the grandbaby was howling with delight, my son-in-law was howling with pain, i kind of got stuck in HIS lap on my hands and knees! (big grin) i've been laughing at the mental picture all afternoon and feeling like a SPRING CHICKEN!

I didn't do the salmon and quinoa, went with a purslane salad and some really nice aged 8 months cheese from Two Rock dairy.
