Personally, I'm just all giggly at the prospect of us training snipers to use against Segway riders. That's military spending I can get behind.

Whether they are shooting or not, there's more to the Segway than a funny scooter. I have long felt that Dean Kamen will make more money by selling the special balancing module for other industrial uses, than he will selling Segway rides. Meanwhile, he's busy reinventing the artificial arm. Watch the video of the guy with the chopsticks!
