Police misconduct links of the moment

Just because every once in a while I have to close a tab full of "out of control law enforcement" links:
- Village Voice on some tapes made by a police officer of the goings on in the Bedford-Stuyvesant 81st precinct in New York. Via MeFi.
- Rather than look at 2257 records, Prosecutor Jenifer Yois Hernandez-Vega attempted to use "expert testimony" to convict a man of possession of child pornography, even though the actress in question has a fairly high profile in the United States and 2257 records abound. Via Magic Flute Fine Art Nudes.
- Photographer Eric Rachner was arrested by the Seattle PD for refusing to identify himself. The DA attempted to bring "obstruction" charges. Rachner and his attorney asked for the patrol car videotapes of the arrest. The police said they didn't exist. Rachner discovered that, in fact, they did. Timeline here, also via Magic Flute Fine Art Nudes.
- Haven't watched the video, but YouTube video of the Columbia, Missouri SWAT team shooting a family's dogs in a home invasion that resulted in charges on possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
