Bill would earmark PG&E fines for better pipelines. So PG&E would have to pay that "punishment" to do the capital improvements they should have done in the first place? Hmmm, Mssrs. Jerry Hill, D-San Mateo and Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, what did the PG&E lobbyists do to sell you on this idea?

My best guess was that the lobbyists bought, not sold.
We will not edit your comments. However, we may delete your comments, or cause them to be hidden behind another link, if we feel they detract from the conversation. Commercial plugs are fine, if they are relevant to the conversation, and if you don't try to pretend to be a consumer.
