This article dovetails nicely with some of the ranting I'm planning on doing in the OPW keynote. Also need to finish up some personal projects to make it possible to own my own stuff again, and make all the various "you are the product" sites reflections of that, instead of what I'm doing now.

I still need to add the backlinks from RSS feature here, and I've been thinking about a "Like" button, just to encourage that small amount of additional engagement.

I'm struggling with this subject. I am trying to figure out a way to adopt the new without losing the goodness of the old. Part of that is figuring how to get true feedback of who is reading what, what to share on Facebook and Twitter and what to keep exclusive to my weblog. Not that any of it really matters. I mean, I know I'm not a writer and I know that what I have to say isn't particularly profound but it is a hobby that I think keeps me writing and keeps me thinking.
