As a kid, how many times did you want to mix and match your various construction kits better? I drilled holes in Lego's to attach Erector, and glued up all kinds of things. This kit (3d printer not included) aims to make product licensing lawyers cringe and scream, but is a great example of the power of being able to 'make' you own things easier.

Yeah, stuff like this is why I think I want to build a 3d printer. Can't figure out other uses for it, though...
