This bill, should it pass and I've been informed by both my state senator and
state representative that it doesn't stand a chance of even getting out of
committee, this law would essentially eliminate club rides in Georgia. Plus it
makes the process of closing a road to cyclist trivial for a county. There is
nothing in the law to benefit cyclists, only to restrict them.
