Hmm...

So, to extend the analogy:

If you Rufie someone so they don't remember it, it isn't rape?

If you steal money from someone and they think they spent it, it isn't theft?

If you poison someone, but they just think they got sick unto death, it isn't murder?

Really. What is with these people? If I see much more of this kind of willful stupidity I am going to start believing the conspiracy theories about the NSA using their collected information to blackmail politicians into supporting them.
