Just in case it gets fixed, I got:
delcode.delaware.gov uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for *.safesecureweb.com The certificate expired on 2/27/10, 5:28 PM. The current time is 4/30/14, 10:14 PM. (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)
Sigh.. I see so much of this and try to fix it at places it has me trying to figure out how to make a living as a luddite, or as the ranting bald high priced consultant that fixes it. The luddite side is more appealing after a day of answering inane and insane RFP (request for proposal) questions from a government owned utility elsewhere.
