I ask at many stores, and get blanks looks, for them to just apply the money they spend on cards, tracking software, mailers, weird price stickers on products, etc.. to lower their price and/or provide better service. The Bi-Lo (near our house) is a good grocery store, we shop there often, I don't need "Fuel Perks" or 20% on this brand of peanut butter "if you are a member". Either lower the prices or apply that money to making things better. The loyalty program is stupid. We all know it's getting paid for by someone, and that someone is ourselves.
