Coca Cola disconnects voice mail at its headquarters. (Via /.).
This is particularly interesting to me because I work for a telecom provider that's running a lot of business fiber, and pricing based on voice seats....

I've always loathed voicemail, from the meandering message that could have been a 15 word email to the sales guy who goes through his voice mail on speakerphone. Turned up to eleven.
