Same exact item, $10 at OSH, $14 at KMart. Both have "loyalty"/"rewards" programs.

1 further: I recently bought a "Skuut" balance bike for Amanda. I bought the $50 model from Target because the Target "customer service" guy couldn't tell me the difference between that offering and the $100 offering on the same page of their website, and Skuut's website only shows one model.
