Probably. The rumors suggest that this was a Reared In Steel installation 4 or 5 years ago. It's been sitting disassembled in that site for a little over a year, no idea why it got assembled now except that there's a "Petaluma to the Playa" exhibit at the Art Center about half a mile from this site.
