Damn. So it's not an M2. Anyone help me identify what adapter I should be getting? This SSD is upside down from how it was mounted in my Asus Zenbook UX390U.

I thought maybe mSATA but the edge pin count looks wrong (but double check me).

Might be proprietary --- MacBook Air's went through some generations of that (see https://www.techspot.com/guides/768-ssd-form-factors/ --- search for "MacBook Air").

It's a different variant of M2, apparently there are like 8. I have an adapter that *should* work coming today.
