Uh... Anything in particular to warn us about? I'm about to revisit some NSAPI stuff after a two year absense.

Well, just trying to get the bloody thing to run Perl scripts as CGI... It so much prefers self-contained executables...

Okay, I should elaborate a little bit on that. Coworker, competent with IIS, banging his way through a clumsy web based interface rather than a GUI tool or even just a config file, finally figures out how to change the default document directory, end then, while trying to configure CGI directory, ends up with "enable CGI"? Well, okay, but we've got all these ".pl" files that we'd like you to execute for us... I'm not sure that he found the right solution, but in the end my installer is writing out a set of companion .bat files that call "perl name.pl". Gross.

Yuck. Back in Netscape days we had to manually edit obj.conf to get CGIs working, and even the the environment was sort of wacked (the initial working directory didn't correspond to the script location). I'll dig around for the recipe.
