Yay! Supreme Court strikes down drug roadblocks:
"Because the primary purpose of the Indianapolis checkpoint
program is ultimately indistinguishable from the general interest
in crime control, the checkpoints violate the Fourth Amendment"
protection against unreasonable searches, Justice Sandra Day
O'Connor declared for the court majority.

Ya know I read about this and Renquist, Scallia & Thomas all ruled to UPHOLD the use of casual search. Think this might have gone a different way after Dub-ya appoint a few judges...
