I don't have any evidence, and haven't pursued it very far, but man every acetate tocopherol vape juice hair on my body is tingling.

I have never heard of that particular substance, but if it is anything like the 1,4-butanediol which seemed to be more popular than alcohol for a couple of years in the mid-2000s, I can see why people might be interested.
