In Maine anyway... for the time being. A judge has ruled that the state's legal definition of indecency does not apply to "a woman simply naked in the street" - in part because women's genitalia (the defining factor of the law) are internal.
Unfortunately, I expect the Maine legislature - or the various local authorities - will "remedy" this oversight right quick.

David Johnson i would like to have it so that men may walk out and show what they have, considering women can bend over and let a man see down their shirt and the woman won't have a bra on but that is legal.... why can't a man do the same thing say in shorts... and if a guy looks at a womans breasts ither down her shirt, or just through her shirt, why should she be imberrased? if she is going to be self consiouse about her clothing, then she shouldn't wear something so revieling. and if a woman see a mans penis, she should not have a cow over seeing it.. just walk on and forget it.. don't look if it offends you that bad... just think, every mans has one,.. big deal.... I'm sure a woman knows what one looks like with out getting offended when thinking of it... society is way too caught up in covering up, and being a certain way... we need to losen up...
