We need some of those Hong Kong style police vehicles. It's pretty bad when Chattanooga, at it's size, ranks next to Dallas Texas. Ouch.

On the other hand, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara, CA, two of my local 'burbs in the South Bay (both of which I was in today, actually), and Fremont (which would consider itself East Bay, probably) rank in the top 25 safest. And San Jose ranks safest of all cities over 500K. Y'all come!

Then again, if y'all are contributing to the raping, maming, and killing, y'all stay away.

I think if about two dozen addresses were made to vanish in Chattanooga it would find itself ranked in the 25 safest. Listening to the news there you keep hearing the same addresses, or range of addresses named over and over.
