5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals agrees to hear Norma McCorvey (ie: "Jane Roe")'s arguments for overturning Roe v. Wade.

In the comments to Columbine's entry on this, REM points out that this isn't really an "agrees to hear" thing, it's a procedural "has to have everyone in the courtroom so they can say 'no'" thing. So the article is probably just a rewritten press release from the anti-abortion forces.
