Bay Area Flutterbarbarians?

Inspired by Meuon's call to meet folks, we're going to need some gatherings for those of us who cluster out here by Baghdad by the Bay. I'm always up for lunch for those of you in San Francisco around noon-ish, but we should have some gathering for the wider ranging, especially those of you I haven't yet met in person. I know Starjewel recently landed down in the South Bay, who else is out there, and when's a good time?

I'm here, representin' for the South Bay Crew. Weekends tend to be best for me: clawing my way northward to the city isn't an attractive option after a very hard day's runaround down here. I'm away for the next two weeks, though (back on April 2): think we could wait until then? (Oh yeah, and not the weekend of April 16-18. Big goings-on then with higher priority. :-)

I'm not available for the next two weekends either. And Charlene and I still need to get down to San Jose to see the first house I really remember living in... I'll run one of those weekends by her.

Personally more in favor of a City Gathering going to the south Bay is like a big ball of no fun. Don't get me wrong, I have a great time down there it's the getting there that's sooo painfull. I think Bart will be extended down there in the next 10 years...Is that too long ot wait..... yes I thought so.....hmmm

Perhaps combine a scotchnight (thurdays) into a Flutterfest and plan a South Bay event on a weekend sometime.

Given that you and Charlene made it all the way up to my neck of the woods, it's my turn to come south to visit you. A vote for the city or points north from me for a get-together.

Yo, TC, I didn't say I wouldn't come to the city, just that I won't be coming up on a weeknight. I wouldn't *dream* of forcing y'all down to my neck of the woods, don't you worry 'bout a thing.
