Over at Eros Blog Bacchus had a link to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Teen who posted own photo charged with child porn and World Sex News Daily pointed to USA Today Teen girl charged with posting nude photos on Internet:

She has been charged with sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography.

Interesting. While searching for the reference to point to my classic question, "if you take pictures of yourself as a minor does it qualify as child porn" (as we see it does, in the eyes of the law), I find that we've covered this ground before: Girls post own naked pictures.
