This is a topic that I've spoken to Dan in private about on a number of occasions for at least the last couple of years. It's great to see progress being made!
This is very interesting to me because I am planning a cross-country motorcycle ride in 2006 which will bring me to all four corners of the US. I want to document the trip in near real-time, and provide drill-down by geographic route location to text, still photos, and perhaps even video snippets.

And another intersting topic: Geospatial Blogging. Geoblogging? Any ideas or thoughts about that, with rich datatypes?
