Yeah, the guy who ate the McDonald's diet Spurlock did, but staying to a reasonable caloric intake, and didn't stop exercising. He had none of the ill effects Spurlock had.

The McLes guys says, in so far as you can make sworn statement on the web that he's not funded my McDonalds.
However, there's two experiments here: Spurlock eating standard McDonald's fare and living the sedentary life, and the McLes guy trying to eat McDonald's fare and stay healthy. I'll try not to put them in competition for capital-T truth.
