Hmmm. A good reminder of a few things.
Somewhat relatedly, "All Marketers are Liars" - Seth Godin speaks at Google is quite a bit longer, but worth watching for the reminder that people don't buy products, they buy stories, and building a strong narrative is worth a bunch.
