Fairly self-explanatory, although perhaps it should be called
"Left-Middle-Left". Catch the wave train on the left-hand side, work
slightly right, drop back left. A great place for eddy hopping if you're
in a hardboat, quite possible to run without any crew strokes if
you're guiding a raft (although that has been known to terminally bore
commercial crews, so only do it as a novelty).
