David, it doesn't exist, and likely won't ever. There are psychological / managerial reasons for this. Eddifying documents on the predictability of individual and group behavior:

This list has a lot of Shapers. They're going to get into conflicts. Shapers, on the other hand, are excellent when problems are amorphous. They tend to forge ahead despite political difficulties.

Just remember, if you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself! Forums are only useful to the degree that they fulfil your personal needs. Which is why nobody talked around here for a loooooong time. Nobody had a need. Perhaps after such a long silence, people are merely reviewing where they're at, where they've been, and where they're going.
